The role:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical, rehab, or oncology
• Participate in ward rounds, medication reviews, and discharge counselling
• Dispensary based positions also available upon request
• Supportive teams and scope to take on senior responsibilities

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 6 months hospital experience in Australia, or community pharmacists ready to step into a hospital setting (minimum 1x year experience in Australia).
• Familiarity with iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise, or similar systems
